AUTHENTIC DELICIOUS VIETNAMESE CUISINE

SIMPLY THE BEST

For over 35 years the Tran family has been creating traditional pho bowls and Vietnam dishes using secret family recipes passed down for three generations. We pride ourselves on using only fresh, high quality, authentic ingredients, sourcing our fruit, vegetables and meat locally, wherever possible.

FAMILIES LOVE US

We welcome families of all sizes to join ours. Everyone is sure to enjoy our generous portions at very reasonable prices.

Simply put, Pho (pronounced “fuh”) is a rice noodle soup containing your choice of chicken, beef, and/or vegetables. Our signature broth is created fresh each day, by family members only, to ensure our secret recipe stays a secret! You will not be disappointed when you receive our large bowl of steaming broth with noodles and herbs, a variety of garnishes such as basil, cIlantro, bean sprouts, lime wedges and an array of sauces to add however you like.

Pho was born in Northern Vietnam during the mid-1880s and was heavily influenced by Chinese and French cooking. Vietnamese chefs combined Chinese, French and native influences to create a uniquely Vietnamese dish.

When the country divided into North and South Vietnam in 1954, the popularity of pho spread southward and evolved into the version that is commonly served today. In 1975 Vietnam refugees fled to the U.S. and brought their amazing cuisine, including the beloved recipe for pho. This was also the case with our family.

Today, our family-owned restaurants offer more than just fantastic pho but an array of authentic delicious Vietnam menu items. From Du Du Bo Kho (Papaya salads with smoked beef) to Com Bi Cha Tau Hu Ky (shredded pork, egg loaf and bean curd with ground shrimp), you’re sure to find something you’re going to love!
